How to permanently delete your NeuroScan account

Effective from August 4, 2026

You can permanently delete your NeuroScan account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by contacting us directly.

1. Delete your account from the app

Open the NeuroScan app and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

2. What gets deleted

All recorded video and audio sessions
All generated PDF/Excel reports and analysis results
Facial biometric templates
Your account profile (name, email, password hash)

3. Retention after deletion

All the data listed above is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your deletion request. We do not keep backups of deleted personal data beyond this period.

4. Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your registered account email at support@neuroscanapp.io with the subject "Delete my account" and we will permanently delete your account and data within 5 business days, confirming by email once complete.
